All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is successfully verified and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

3. Shipping Options

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. The available options will be presented to you at checkout. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. CHISUN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@chisun.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been shipped.

For most shipping methods, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the carrier's website to get the latest status of your delivery.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes, packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. This can happen for reasons such as an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed. If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided to resolve the situation.
